[§350E-2]  Financial responsibility forchild placed under compact.  Financial responsibility for any child placedpursuant to the provisions of the Interstate Compact on the Placement ofChildren shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V ofthe compact in the first instance.  However, in the event of partial orcomplete default of performance thereunder, the provisions under any otherchapter also may be invoked.
