§350-5  Admissibility of evidence.  Thephysician-patient privilege, the psychologist-client privilege, the spousalprivilege, and the victim-counselor privilege shall not be grounds forexcluding evidence in any judicial proceeding resulting from a report of childabuse or neglect pursuant to this chapter.
