§351-67  Survival and abatement.  Therights to compensation created by this chapter are personal and shall notsurvive the death of the person or beneficiary entitled thereto, provided thatif such death occurs after an application for compensation has been filed withthe commission, the proceeding shall not abate, but may be continued by thelegal representative of the decedent's estate.
