§351-68  Rulemaking powers.  In theperformance of its functions, the commission may adopt, amend, and repeal rulesand regulations, not inconsistent with this chapter, prescribing the proceduresto be followed in the filing of applications and the proceedings under thischapter and such other matters as the commission deems appropriate.
