§352-18  Establishment of trust accounts. All sums collected pursuant to sections 352-16 and 352-17, andfrom other authorized sources shall be placed in a bank trust account orfederally insured savings account to the credit of persons committed pursuantto this chapter.  The director or director's agent shall maintain individualledger accounts for each committed person and shall issue each person aperiodic statement showing deposits and withdrawals.
