§352-21  Youth correctional facilities'benefit fund; disposition of income.  The director shall establish a youthcorrectional facilities' benefit fund for the purpose of the welfare andrecreation of the persons committed.  The director shall deposit all moneysarising from any program activities at the facilities, except those amountscredited to the committed persons' accounts pursuant to section 352-18,to the credit of the youth correctional facilities' benefit fund.
