§352-23  Community services program. There is established a community services program within the youth correctionalfacilities which shall coordinate the placement of persons committed to thecare of the director in educational, vocational, and work release programs andresidential placement.  The program also shall advise the director or thedirector's duly authorized agent as to the granting of parole, furlough,release, and other matters affecting the commitment of a person.
