[§353G-9]  Sanctions.  Upon a positivedrug test or any other substantive violation of any term or condition of aperson's participation in a treatment program ordered pursuant to this chapter,the appropriate authority shall immediately impose such sanction or combinationof sanctions as may be appropriate.  If the appropriate authority elects not toimpose a sanction, the appropriate authority shall make a written findingsetting forth the reasons for its decision.
