[§353H-2]  Definitions.  When used inthis chapter:

"Community-based long-term supportprograms" include programs administered and operated by communityagencies, faith-based organizations, and other entities offering support tooffenders for at least one year.

"Community-based programs" areprograms that are administered and operated outside of a correctional facility.

"Department" means the department ofpublic safety.

"Institution-based programs" areservices offered within a correctional facility.

"Reentry programs" include programsthat are located within a correctional facility.

"Reintegration programs" includeprograms that are located within a correctional facility.

"Transition programs" includeprograms that are located within a correctional facility. [L Sp 2007, c 8, ptof §2]
