§353-103  Validity of existing contracts. 
All existing contracts with the federal government relating to imprisonment,
subsistence, care, and proper employment of federal and military prisoners are
hereby ratified by the State and shall continue in effect until they expire by
their own terms.  This part shall not be construed to invalidate such
