§353-9  Establishment of temporary
correctional facilities.  The director, with the prior approval of the
governor, may establish, from time to time, temporary correctional facilities,
if required in conjunction with projects or specialized service authorized by
law.  The temporary facilities shall be discontinued upon termination of the
