§353-9  Establishment of temporarycorrectional facilities.  The director, with the prior approval of thegovernor, may establish, from time to time, temporary correctional facilities,if required in conjunction with projects or specialized service authorized bylaw.  The temporary facilities shall be discontinued upon termination of theproject.
