§354D-2  Definitions.  As used in thischapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Able-bodied inmate" means any personin the custody of the department of public safety who, as determined by thedepartment, is physically and mentally able to participate in a work program orother training program authorized by this chapter.

"Administrator" means theadministrator of the correctional industries program.

"Advisory committee" means thecorrectional industries advisory committee established in section 354D-5.

"Department" means the department ofpublic safety.
