[§355D-3]  Enforcement.  The courts,departments, agencies, and officers of the State or any county shall enforcethis compact and shall do all things appropriate to effectuate its purposes andintent that may be within their respective jurisdictions, including but notlimited to the making and submission of such reports as are required by thecompact.
