[§356D-10]  Agents, including corporations. The authority may exercise any or all of the powers conferred upon it, eithergenerally or with respect to any specific public housing project through anagent that it may designate, including any corporation that is formed under thelaws of this State, and for those purposes the authority may cause one or morecorporations to be formed under the laws of this State or may acquire thecapital stock of any corporation.  Any corporate agent, all of the stock of whichshall be owned by the authority or its nominee, may to the extent permitted bylaw, exercise any of the powers conferred upon the authority in this chapter.[L 2006, c 180, pt of §2]
