[§356D-101]  Gifts, etc., to counties fromauthority.  The authority may make and pay gifts or donations of moneydirectly to any county.  Any county may receive the gifts or donations as ageneral fund realization, and expend the funds for any purpose authorized bylaw. [L 2006, c 180, pt of §2]
