[§356D-125]  Program administration.  Tothe extent that appropriations are made available, the authority may contractwith a provider agency to administer homeless facilities, or any other programfor the homeless created by this part.  The selection of provider agencies toadminister homeless facilities, or any other program for the homelessauthorized by this part, shall not be subject to chapters 42F, 102, 103, and103F.  The selection of provider agencies shall be subject to qualifyingstandards and criteria established by rule.

In addition, the provider agency shall bequalified by the authority to operate and manage a homeless facility, or anyother program for the homeless authorized by this part, pursuant to standardsand criteria established by rules for eligibility. [L 2006, c 180, pt of §2]
