[§356D-126]  Time limits.  To the extentthat appropriations are made available, a provider agency shall provide shelteror any other program assistance authorized by this part to eligible homelessfamilies and homeless individuals not later than two days, or such time as isset by rule which shall not be later than seven days, after they apply andqualify for the shelter or other program assistance.  These time limits may bewaived at the discretion of the authority for a maximum period of fourteen daysfor the purpose of implementing repairs to the subject shelter, that theauthority deems major or extensive.
