[§356D-13]  Administration of federalprograms.  (a)  The authority may carry out federal programs designated tobe carried out by a public housing agency, or entity designated by theauthority.

(b)  The authority shall adopt necessary rulesin accordance with chapter 91, including the establishment and collection ofreasonable fees for administering the program, to carry out any federal programin subsection (a).

(c)  All fees collected for administering theprogram may be deposited into an appropriate special fund of the authority andmay be used to cover the administrative expenses of the authority. [L 2006, c180, pt of §2]
