[§356D-142]  Definitions.  As used in
this subpart, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:



"Employed but homeless" means any
person who is homeless as defined in subpart A who is employed at least
nineteen hours a week or participates in an employment training program and
does volunteer work for a total of nineteen hours per week until employment can
