[§356D-142]  Definitions.  As used inthis subpart, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"Employed but homeless" means anyperson who is homeless as defined in subpart A who is employed at leastnineteen hours a week or participates in an employment training program anddoes volunteer work for a total of nineteen hours per week until employment canbe found. [L 2006, c 180, pt of §2]
