B.  StateLow-Income Housing; Liens

 

[§356D-51]  Definitions.  As used inthis subpart, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:

"State low-income housing project" means anystate low-income housing project or projects owned, managed, administered, oroperated by the authority.

"Tenant" includes any personoccupying a room, dwelling unit, living quarters, or space in any statelow-income housing project, under or by virtue of any tenancy lease, license,or permit under or from the authority. [L 2006, c 180, pt of §2]
