[§356D-54]  Sheriff or police to assist. The authority, in taking, seizing, holding, retaining, or selling any personalproperty pursuant to sections 356D-52 and 356D-53, may require the assistanceof the sheriff or any authorized police officer of any county.  Any sheriff orofficer, when required, shall assist the authority.
