[§356D-72]  Housing for elders revolvingfund.  There is created a housing for elders revolving fund to beadministered by the authority.  Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, moneysreceived or collected by the authority pursuant to this subpart shall bedeposited into the revolving fund.  Revenues from the fund may be used to paythe expenses of management, operation, and maintenance of housing projects forelders, including but not limited to the cost of insurance, a proportionateshare of the administrative expenses of the authority, and the costs ofrepairs, equipment, and improvements.
