[§367D‑3]  Contracts.  Toencourage cooperation and assist private agencies that have existing programsdesigned specifically for female offenders and to encourage private agencies todevelop and implement new programs, the director of public safety shall makecontracts available to private agencies electing to participate in the contractprogram, subject to chapter 103F.
