[§371-18]  Staffing for federally fundedprograms.  Positions established by the department to implement federallyfunded employment or training programs, or both, including but not limited tothose established under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act, JobTraining Partnership Act, Workforce Investment Act, and the welfare to workprogram, may be exempt from chapter 76.
