§371-2  Definition:  references to
"this chapter".  Whenever in this chapter reference is made to
"this chapter", the term, unless the context clearly indicates
otherwise, includes also any other chapter or section of the Revised Statutes
amended by Act 237 of the Session Laws of Hawaii 1939, and any other provisions
