§371-3  Legal assistance.  The attorneygeneral shall be the legal advisor to the department of labor and industrialrelations, and all legal duties involved in the work of the department shall beperformed by the department of the attorney general. [L 1953, c 105, §3; RL1955, §88-5; HRS §371-3]
