§371-9  Penalties.  (a)  Any employer,employee, or other person who wilfully violates any lawful rule of thedepartment for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not morethan $250, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each suchoffense.

(b)  Any person who, after twenty-one dayswritten notice and the opportunity to be heard by the director, is found tohave violated any lawful rule of the department for which no penalty isotherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $250 for each offense.
