PART IV. HAWAII CAREER INFORMATION DELIVERY SYSTEM

 

§373C-31  System's powers and duties.  TheHawaii career information delivery system shall be a part of the Hawaiioccupational information system.  It shall develop and deliver occupational andeducational information used for career choice and job search purposes.  Theinformation used in the Hawaii career information delivery system shall beobtained primarily from the Hawaii occupational information system and shall beavailable to all regions and people of the State.  Career information shall bedelivered to meet customer needs through schools, training sites, employmentservice offices, and social service offices but shall not be restricted tothese customer sites.
