§373C-34  Authorization to receive costreimbursements.  The department of labor and industrial relations may makesuch agreements or contracts as are approved by the governor with any county,city, state, territory, association, society, or person for the purpose ofsharing occupational and education information used for career choice and jobsearch purposes.  The general fund appropriation shall include the projectedincome for the terms and conditions of the resulting agreements or contractsfor the purposes set forth herein.  All moneys received for the sharing ofoccupational and educational information shall be deposited into the stategeneral fund.
