§373-12  Restitution of illegal fees. Whenever in the course of an investigation made pursuant to this chapter, it isdetermined that there has been an illegal collection of fees, the employmentagency shall refund the fee illegally collected upon the order of the directoror the director's authorized representative.  Failure to refund the fee shallconstitute a violation of this chapter subject to the penalties providedherein.
