§373-13  Director's rights.  Thedirector and the director's authorized representatives may enter any office,building, premises, or other place in which an employment agency is operatedfor the purpose of making investigations for the proper enforcement of thischapter and such rules and regulations as the director may prescribe.  Noperson shall refuse the director or the director's authorized representativeadmittance to any such office, building, premises, or other place.  Thedirector and the director's authorized representatives shall for the purpose ofexamination have access to and the right to copy any book, account, receipt,contract, or other paper or document relating to the business of conducting anemployment agency.  Every person shall furnish to the director or thedirector's authorized representative such information relating to the businessof conducting an employment agency.  The rights as specified above shall belimited to regular business hours and at such other times as the director feelswill be necessary to effectuate the purpose of this chapter.
