§373-4  Bond.  Every employment agencythat collects fees from applicants shall give and keep in force a bond with thedirector in the penal sum of $5,000 with good and sufficient surety or suretiesapproved by the director, conditioned that:

(1)  The licensee shall not violate this chapter; and
