§377-12  Strike notice.  Where theexercise of the right to strike by employees of any employer engaged in theState in the production, harvesting, or initial processing of any farm,agricultural, or dairy product produced in the State would tend to cause thedestruction or serious deterioration of the product, such employees shall giveto the board at least ten days' notice of their intention to strike, and theboard shall immediately advise the employer of the notice.
