[§378-10]  Breastfeeding.  No employershall prohibit an employee from expressing breastmilk during any meal period orother break period required by law to be provided by the employer or requiredby collective bargaining agreement. [L 1999, c 172, §2]

  L 1999, c 172, §5 provides:

  "SECTION 5.  Nothing in this Act [amending §378-2 andenacting §378-10] prohibits employers from establishing internal rules andguidelines for employees who may wish to breastfeed or express breastmilk inthe workplace."
