§378-34  Proceeding and hearing oncomplaint.  (a)  After the filing of any complaint, the department of laborand industrial relations shall serve a copy of the complaint upon the employercharged.  Service may be by delivery to the employer or by mail.  The employermay file an answer to the complaint.

(b)  A hearing on the complaint shall be heldby the department in conformance with chapter 91. [L 1967, c 22, pt of §1; HRS§378-34]
