§378-4  Enforcement jurisdiction.  Thecommission shall have jurisdiction over the subject of discriminatory practicesmade unlawful by this part.  Any individual claiming to be aggrieved by analleged unlawful discriminatory practice may file with the commission acomplaint in accordance with the procedure established under chapter 368.
