§380-5  Concert of acts; effect onjurisdiction.  No court of the State shall have jurisdiction to issue arestraining order or temporary or permanent injunction upon the ground that anyof the persons participating or interested in a labor dispute constitute or areengaged in an unlawful combination or conspiracy because of the doing inconcert of the acts enumerated in section 380-4.
