§381-12  Employee need not workinvoluntarily.  Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require anindividual employee to render labor or service without the individualemployee's consent, nor shall anything in this chapter be construed to make thequitting of the individual employee's labor or service by an individualemployee an illegal act.
