§381-13  Labor organizations, collectivebargaining.  Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impair, curtail,or destroy the rights of employees and their representatives toself-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargaincollectively through representatives of their own choosing and to engage inconcerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutualaid or protection; provided that in so doing this chapter, when applicable,shall be followed and complied with.
