§382-10  Powers in addition to other powers. The powers conferred by this chapter shall be in addition and supplemental tothe powers conferred by any other law, including sections 125-1 to 125-7 andnothing herein shall be construed as limiting any other powers of the governoror the designated agency mentioned in section 382-3.
