[§383-126.5]  Evaluation of fund balanceadequacy.  The director shall conduct an annual evaluation of the adequacyof the fund balance, taking into account conditions in the State and nationaleconomic trends, and submit a report of findings to the legislature no laterthan twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session.
