[§383-126.5]  Evaluation of fund balance
adequacy.  The director shall conduct an annual evaluation of the adequacy
of the fund balance, taking into account conditions in the State and national
economic trends, and submit a report of findings to the legislature no later
than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session. [L
