§383-166  Conformity with federal law. The legislature hereby declares its intention to provide for carrying out thepurposes of this chapter in cooperation with the appropriate agencies of otherstates and of the federal government, as part of a nationwide employmentsecurity program, and particularly to provide for meeting the requirements oftitle III of the Social Security Act, the requirements of section 3303 andsection 3304 of Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (the federal Unemployment TaxAct), and the requirements of the Act of Congress referred to in section383-104, each as amended, in order to secure for the State and the citizensthereof the grants and privileges available thereunder.  All doubts as to theproper construction of this chapter shall be resolved in favor of conformitywith such requirements.
