§383-173  Beginning and termination ofextended benefit period.  Whenever an extended benefit period is to becomeeffective in this State as a result of a state "on" indicator, or anextended benefit period is to be terminated in this State as a result of astate "off" indicator, the director shall make an appropriate publicannouncement.
