§383-40  Conclusiveness of determinationsand decisions.  Except insofar as reconsideration of any determination orredetermination is had under sections 383-33 to 383-36, any right, fact, ormatter in issue, directly passed upon or necessarily involved in adetermination or redetermination which has become final, or in a decision onappeal under sections 383-37 to 383-42 which has become final, shall beconclusive for all the purposes of this chapter as between the department oflabor and industrial relations, the claimant, and all employing units who hadnotice of such determination, redetermination, or decisions.
