§383-42  Representation.  The departmentof labor and industrial relations shall be a party and be entitled to notice inany proceeding involving a claim for benefits before the referee.  In anyproceeding for judicial review pursuant to section 383-41, the department maybe represented by any qualified attorney employed by the department anddesignated by it for that purpose, or at the department's request by theattorney general.
