§383-43  Payment of benefits.  Benefitsshall be paid promptly in accordance with a determination, redetermination, ordecision on appeal.  No injunction, supersedeas, or stay suspending the paymentof benefits in accordance with the determination, redetermination, or decisionon appeal shall be issued by any court, but if the decision is finallyreversed, benefits shall not be paid for any subsequent weeks of unemploymentinvolved in such reversal.
