§383-79  Combining services performed forpredecessor and successor employing units.  If any employing unit succeedsto or acquires the organization or business of another, the number of employeesperforming a service and the number of weeks during which the service isperformed for the predecessor and successor shall be combined for the purposeof determining whether the service is subject to this chapter if the service isagricultural labor or service described in section 383-7(4)(B)(ii).
