§383-93  Investigation of unemploymenthazard.  The department of labor and industrial relations shall investigateand report upon the degree of unemployment hazard in various industries andoccupations and shall recommend to employers in industries or occupationsshowing an unusual unemployment hazard means for stabilizing employment.  Itshall also, if necessary, recommend to the legislature a higher rate of tax forany classification of industries or occupations in which unemployment isexcessive.
