§385-15  Nonliability of State. Additional unemployment benefits shall be deemed to be due and payable underthis chapter only to the extent provided in this chapter, subject to amendmentor repeal thereof, and to the extent that moneys are available therefor to thecredit of the additional unemployment compensation fund.
