[§386A-13]  Insurance code applicable. The Hawaii state compensation mutual insurance fund shall be subject to theprovisions of chapter 431 to the same extent and degree as any domesticprovider of workers' compensation insurance within the State.  Any statutoryprovisions which conflict with the provisions of this chapter, as amended,shall be resolved in terms of the language of this chapter.
